What you are buying
Profit Picks is a subscription to a private Telegram channel containing sports
betting selections — typically one to two per day. Most are posted between
9:00 AM and 2:00 PM ET. If nothing qualifies by then, a last-call
selection may be posted later the same day — always at least 90 minutes
before the game starts. Each selection includes the side, the number, and the odds at
the time it is sent.
Some days there is no qualifying play and nothing is posted. That is a deliberate
part of how the selections are chosen, not a service failure, and it is not grounds
for a refund.
What you are not buying
We do not accept wagers, hold funds, or place bets on your behalf. We are
not a sportsbook and not a money manager. Nothing here is financial or investment
advice.
No outcome is guaranteed. Sports betting involves risk and you can lose
money. Our published record is a record of what happened, not a prediction of what
will happen. Any past win rate, unit total, or return figure shown on this site
describes a specific and limited sample of past plays.
Never bet money you cannot afford to lose.
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed weekly in advance through Stripe. We never see or
store your card details.
- Your subscription renews automatically each week until you cancel.
- Prices may change. Any change applies from your next billing period, and you will
be told before it takes effect.
Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time, for any reason, with no notice period.
- Cancelling stops future charges. Your access continues to the end of the period
you have already paid for.
- To cancel, email [email protected] and we will action it.
Refunds
- If you did not receive access — the invite did not arrive, the link
did not work, or you were charged twice — email us and we will fix it or
refund you in full. Always.
- We do not refund a completed period because the selections lost. Losing
plays are a normal part of betting, they are published on this site in advance of
any purchase, and they are the risk you are accepting.
- Billing is weekly, so you are never locked in. Cancel before your next
renewal and you are not charged again — the most you ever have at stake is
the week you are currently in.
If something has gone wrong, email us before opening a bank dispute. We
would rather refund you than argue about it.
Access and sharing
- Your access is personal to you. Selections are time-sensitive and lose
value when redistributed.
- Forwarding, screenshotting for redistribution, reselling, or sharing channel
content publicly will result in removal without a refund.
Eligibility
- You must be 21 or older.
- You are responsible for knowing whether sports betting is legal where you are.
We do not check this for you and we do not provide legal advice.
Ending your access
We may end a subscription and refund the unused portion if the service is abused,
if payment fails, or if we stop operating. If we stop the service entirely, we refund
any period you have paid for and not received.
